5-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind our work. While most contractors offer a 1- to 2-year warranty, WINN provides a 5-year limited warranty on all work performed by our in-house team—one of the most comprehensive warranties in the residential construction industry.

One-Year Check-In

On the first anniversary of your project’s completion, we’ll schedule a visit to see how everything is performing. It’s an opportunity to address any questions, identify anything that may need attention, and make sure you’re completely satisfied with your home.

Emergency Support

Some issues can’t wait until Monday. For urgent matters outside standard business hours, we offer emergency support to help you manage the situation until a full resolution can be scheduled.

Priority Scheduling

When you’re ready for your next project, you move to the front of the line. Return clients receive priority scheduling as a thank-you for your continued trust in our team.

Small Projects for WINN Clients

Already a WINN client? We’re here to help with projects that might otherwise fall below our typical engagement minimum.

You’ll receive the same quality, communication, and accountability you experienced on your original project—just on a smaller scale.

How do I reach WINN for warranty service?
Call our main office at 703-876-9696, or contact any team member you’ve worked with directly. We have a dedicated team member who coordinates all warranty requests.

What does the warranty cover?
WINN warrants that all work shall be of workmanlike quality and in accordance with applicable building codes and NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines. We’ll remedy defects in workmanship (not resulting from normal wear) for 5 years on in-house work and 2 years on subcontractor work. Full terms are in your Construction Agreement and the warranty document linked above.

What qualifies as a small project?
Projects that would typically fall below our standard engagement minimum—things like built-ins, single-room updates, exterior repairs, or handyman-level work. If you’re unsure whether your project qualifies, just reach out and we’ll let you know.

Is small-project assistance available to anyone?
No. This service is offered exclusively to past WINN clients who have completed a major project with us.
